About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Benefits Strategist to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our LATAM Benefits team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee benefit programs that align with Amazon's global benefits strategy.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working within the field of global benefits development, administration, and governance. They will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing country-specific benefit plans that meet statutory requirements and local market practices.
  • Developing benefit program proposals that align with Amazon's global benefits strategy.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement benefit programs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence business leaders.
  • A proven track record of building operational processes and procedures.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
