Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Associate to join our team at Jade Global Inc. as a Senior Kanverse Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Proactively engage in sales activities, including cold outreach, to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Quota Attainment: Drive sales efforts with a focus on meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Account Management: Demonstrate the capability to grow into an Account Executive role by successfully managing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Business Development: Research and identify potential clients, develop strategic approaches, and execute sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals and strategies.
