Tech Solutions Designer for Sales Enablement

We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join GP Strategies in support of our Microsoft client account. This role will involve designing high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning courses, training manuals, job aids, and multimedia content.
As a key member of our team, you will develop realistic and challenging sales scenarios that mirror the complexities of the tech sales landscape. You will utilize strong writing skills to create compelling content and scenarios, making use of creative writing, narrative, storytelling techniques.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in instructional design, preferably in a tech or sales-focused environment. They should be proficient in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software, with a strong strategic collaboration skills in working with subject matter experts for content creation, training adaptation, and validation.
A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is required. Additionally, 7-15 years of experience in Instructional Design and intermediate to expert level experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and other authoring tools are highly desired.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
