Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of our firm's compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Reward Management: Assist in managing key areas of reward, benefits, and pensions, and liaise with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct compensation analysis and modeling to provide recommendations and solutions that respond to the different business requirements.
  • Core Compensation Processes: Execute core compensation processes, including baseline data quality, salary planning reporting, offers design, equity programs auditing and reporting, Year End Process auditing, reporting and analysis, market intelligence, and job evaluations.
  • Evaluative Judgments: Make evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Risk Assessment: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Additional Skills: Experience in database management, process automation, and report creation, as well as advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Visual Basic, Access, and programming.
