- Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel.
- Communication Skills: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Additional Skills: Experience in database management, process automation, and report creation, as well as advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Visual Basic, Access, and programming.
