**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Service Specialist to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our HR organization, you will be responsible for delivering local HR administrative tasks within your regional scope.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the Regional HR Services Manager to ensure efficient and effective HR Services delivery through an eco-system of providers.
  • Operational delivery of HR administrative tasks, including employee life cycle support, employee inquiries, and people and interpersonal data management.
  • Support change initiatives in area of responsibility, building and strengthening process know-how to future proof the organization.
  • Contribute regional or topic expertise and aspects to HR IT / Business Process initiatives, playing a key role in the roll-out in assigned countries.
  • Work closely with service management of the business process outsourcing service providers, ensuring quality gates, whilst playing a key role on deficiency resolution.
  • Comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a focus on human resources or comparable know-how/experience.
  • Professional Experience in HR Services / Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations, i.E., HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk) (4-6 years).
  • Experience in supporting the management / service management of an eco-system of partners / vendors in HR Services.
  • English and Spanish at professional working proficiency level.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Analytical skills and fact-based decision ability, self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize.
  • Outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others, and ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly where required.
  • Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SAP desirable.
