Job Summary
C.H. Robinson is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in executing business for our customers, building relationships, and partnering with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customers with a sense of urgency to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Relationship Building: Build and develop relationships with customers to ensure continued partnership and growth.
- Communication: Communicate shipment updates proactively and accurately, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Analysis: Analyze customer inquiries and provide quality and timely insights and updates to customers.
Requirements:
- Education: High School degree or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and strong internet skills. Ability to persuade, motivate, influence, and negotiate with others.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.
