Senior Commercial Card Development Lead

As a Senior Commercial Card Development Lead, you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with key decision-makers in the mid-market segment, driving increased client entrenchment, and representing the client's perspective in critical business decisions.
Your Impact:
· Develop and execute a commercial card growth strategy, aligning with our support groups.
· Foster a portfolio of over 100 multi-industry clients, maximizing spend penetration by industry and product, and bringing new volume.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive increased levels of client entrenchment and represent the client's point of view on critical business decisions.
Qualifications:
· In-depth knowledge of Commercial Card Business.
· Financial & Business Knowledge.
· Ability to develop and strengthen business relationships at C-levels.
· Excellent negotiations and influencing skills.
· Ability to collaborate and influence internally and externally.
· Ability to quickly understand the complexity and nuances of Amex products/processes and resources and resolve for any issue.
· Pipeline management experience.
