Responsabilidades Principales- Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes: Entender las necesidades de los clientes, proporcionar soluciones personalizadas y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Desarrollo de Negocios: Identificar y explorar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, realizando investigaciones de mercado y creando estrategias para atraer nuevos negocios.
- Ventas y Presentación de MIGNOW: Presentar y vender nuestros productos y servicios, incluyendo presentaciones y negociación de contratos.
- Coordinación con Otros Departamentos: Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con marketing y PreVendas para garantizar que las necesidades de los clientes se atiendan de manera eficiente y eficaz.
- Análisis de Mercado y Retroalimentación: Estar atento a las tendencias del mercado y a la retroalimentación de los clientes, proporcionando información valiosa sobre la estrategia de negocios.
- Capacitación y Desarrollo: Participar en capacitaciones para mantenerse al día con las últimas tecnologías y prácticas del sector, así como contribuir a la capacitación y desarrollo de otros miembros del equipo.
- Informes y Análisis de Datos: Analizar datos de ventas e informes de rendimiento, utilizando esta información para mejorar las estrategias futuras y la toma de decisiones.
- Conocimientos Técnicos: Conocimiento profundo de las soluciones SAP, incluyendo los productos y servicios ofrecidos por RISE with SAP.
- Habilidades de Ventas: Habilidades de ventas sólidas, incluyendo capacidad de negociación, cierre de negocios y atención al cliente.
- Habilidades de Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
- Habilidades de Colaboración: Capacidad de compartir información, trabajar en equipo y resolver problemas de manera colaborativa.

Requisitos que nos gustaría que tuvieras:
- Título en Negocios, Marketing, Comunicación, TI o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiencia comprobada en ventas, preferentemente en ventas B2B.
- Conocimiento sólido del sector de tecnología y automatización de procesos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y relación interpersonal.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación.
- Competencia analítica y habilidades organizacionales.
- Dominio de herramientas de CRM y Microsoft Office.
- Deseable fluidez en inglés y/o portugués y/o otros idiomas relevantes.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y proyectos.
- Disponibilidad para viajar, según sea necesario.
Sobre el puesto:
- Contratación por tiempo indefinido.
- Modelo de trabajo híbrido con viajes esporádicos a Brasil.
- 15 días de descanso remunerado cada 12 meses.
- Lugar de trabajo: México.
