About the Team
The LATAM Product Strategy & Operations division at TikTok is a vibrant and diverse collective dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of TikTok's product portfolio across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a segment of Measurement Solutions within LATAM markets.
  • Formulate the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's continually evolving Measurement and Advertising products. Collaborate with various cross-functional teams throughout the region to ensure seamless execution of this strategy.
  • Establish objectives, manage product launches, and implement initiatives to boost adoption. Work closely with technical and operational teams to track product performance.
  • Act as the market representative by ensuring comprehensive understanding among the sales team and serving as the link between the market and headquarters.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Measurement and Digital Advertising product features; advocate for operational plans that prioritize revenue and performance while addressing advertiser needs, and be accountable for growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market monitoring, research, and analysis by industry to uncover challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and client solutions teams to pinpoint market opportunities and client requirements.
  • Serve as the regional voice in product discussions; consolidate market insights and work with Product Managers and Global product marketing teams to identify effective solutions.
  • Facilitate sales enablement and product training.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital advertising sector.
  • Experience in product marketing or product management with digital advertising products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, logical reasoning abilities, strong teamwork ethic, a high sense of responsibility, and dedication.
  • A business-oriented mindset with experience in developing business cases based on market research and analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in generating value through strategic product marketing, including the development of go-to-market plans, activation strategies, and market research that effectively showcases TikTok's advertising products.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing or ad-tech products within the measurement domain.
  • Experience in Marketing/Data Science.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Data Visualization, and reporting.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese.
