As a Business Development Representative at SERVPRO of Summit, Lake, Park and Eagle Counties, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to meet sales outreach targets by actively participating in the sales cycle, managing contact lists, and executing marketing sequences to enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Outreach: Achieve or exceed assigned sales outreach quotas by engaging with potential clients and building strong relationships.
  2. Contact List Management: Increase and maintain assigned contact lists to ensure effective outreach and maximize sales opportunities.
  3. Marketing Execution: Execute marketing sequences to enhance our brand presence, engage potential clients, and drive business development.
  4. Professional Engagement: Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, and promote continuing education (CE) courses to expand our network.
  5. Daily Marketing Activities: Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing activities to drive business development and meet sales targets.
  6. Referral Program: Actively outreach for the Referral Program and encourage sign-ups to drive business growth.
  7. Customer Relationship Building: Build strong customer relationships and facilitate one-on-one meetings with Centers of Influence (COIs) for owners and commercial representatives.
  8. Email Quotas: Meet assigned quotas for cold outreach to maximize sales opportunities.
  9. On-Site Meetings: Achieve on-site meeting quotas to further business development opportunities and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 1+ years of sales or marketing experience.
  2. Communication Skills: Ability to conduct cold outreach with superb verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Software Knowledge: Working knowledge of current business software technologies is preferred.
  4. Education: Bachelors Degree in marketing or business is preferred but not required.
  5. License: Valid Drivers License.
  6. Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Benefits:

As a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow. Competitive base plus activity-based commission and increases based on merit. Compensation: $18 - $25 per hour plus commission or $40, $90,000.00 per year.
