Job Overview:

Solera is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Global Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients in the automotive industry.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer management, and product portfolio management focused on the insurance, fleet, or automotive sector. They will be able to demonstrate an intermediate-advanced command of the English language and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide timely and quality service to all customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the operation of Solera's products

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer management, and product portfolio management
  • Intermediate-advanced command of the English language
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
