Business Development Manager for Home and Distribution Channel

This Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to acquire, saturate, and grow key customers within the Hardware Stores segment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate efforts on loyalty programs, build digital capabilities, and establish KPIs to monitor performance.
The ideal candidate is someone with huge digital acumen, customer-centric focus, and the ability to think strategically. They should be eager to learn, creative, and innovative, with excellent public speaking skills and a proactive, dynamic approach to work.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a business or marketing-related field, with at least five years of experience in channel management. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media, and Digital Design.
