Global Selling Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Consultant to join our Global Selling team in Mexico. This role is a unique opportunity to support the growth of Existing Sellers from LATAM who sell on Amazon US.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in client-facing roles and relationship management. They will be responsible for analyzing sales performance data, proposing specific actions, and supporting sellers in the implementation of key Amazon Marketplace Programs.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will work closely with merchants to identify business opportunities and execute a growth strategy. You will also enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to track business development results and analyze reports. About the Role:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and propose specific actions to increase sales
- Work closely with merchants to identify business opportunities and execute a growth strategy

- Track business development results and analyze reports to measure progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles
- Experience in client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
- English proficiency: advanced (written and spoken)
