About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at AT&T Mexico as a Bilingual Technical Support Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving a wide range of technical issues related to our wireless network and services.
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research and resolve complex technical cases, often requiring collaboration with internal teams and external resources.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Advanced English fluency, with excellent reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • 1+ year of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, and cloud services (iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Training and Development

As a Bilingual Technical Support Representative, you will participate in a 90-day training program, during which you will receive hands-on training and coaching to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
