About the Role

The Growth Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Account Management: Building strong relationships with customers, gathering information to understand their needs, and monitoring relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Opportunity Management: Developing sales action plans, managing territory allocation, and gathering competitor market intelligence.
  • Product Knowledge: Pitching our organization against competition, identifying related industries, and matching product knowledge to customer needs.
  • Negotiating: Reaching mutually acceptable solutions in formal negotiations with internal or external stakeholders.
What We Offer
