Carolina Logistics Inc is a prominent American freight forwarder with 14 years of expertise in the international market. We offer comprehensive logistics solutions that seamlessly combine air, land, and ocean transportation services.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a talented individual to handle client prospecting and new business development. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting for clients and new projects through outgoing calls and digital media;
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients;
- Negotiation with clients and management of client portfolio;
- Client retention and after-sales service;
- Achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics;
- Intermediate English language skills (essential);
- Customer portfolio management skills (desired).
**Compensation Package:**
The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 per year, plus productivity bonus, monthly bonus, and commissions. Our compensation package is designed to reward your hard work and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
