Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Development Manager to join our team in Silao, Guanajuato. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales of Walter products and services in their assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase revenue growth.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
  3. Sales and Negotiation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate agreements, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  4. Product Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that products and processes align with customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Several years of sales experience with industrial cutting tools, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.

About the Location:

This position is based in Silao, Guanajuato, with frequent travel required within the assigned territory.
