Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to oversee daily customer services operations and ensure timely delivery of shipments.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily customer services operations, monitoring level of service provided and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.
  • Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments, advising customers on any services-related issues such as customs detentions or eta flights/trucks.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, providing them with timely updates and information.
  • Analyze operational problems and develop solutions to improve service quality.
  • Book shipments using the Marken booking system and collaborate with other departments to provide seamless support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer services team holiday, sickness, and overtime records.
  • Arrange customer services shift rosters and attend management meetings weekly.
  • Provide training to customer services staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with intermediate-level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Courier and/or air freight industry experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence others and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility in working hours required, including weekend coverage as needed.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
