Customer Service Operations Coordinator

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales orders, inventory, and generate reports to ensure efficient operations.
- Administer backlog updates, manage open orders, and perform inventory analysis.
- Communicate effectively with USA customer service teams and notify clients about order status.
- Generate Balance Score Card reports in Excel and manage overdue/OTD tasks.
- Process invoices, receive claims, and manage shipments to the warehouse area.
- Coordinate with accounts receivable, credit release, and follow up on requests.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- University degree in Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Intermediate-advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel skills, including report generation and data analysis.
Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
