Job Title: Customer Service Resolution Manager
Location: Global Opportunities
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Resolution Manager to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for addressing member problems through investigation and tracking of individual incidents.
About the Role:
- Independently address member problems while following policies and procedures.
- Negotiate mutually agreeable resolutions with members while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance to members using Interval's websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles inbound telephone calls from members.
- Answers questions and resolves problems related to Interval services.
- Resolves customer service issues at a supervisor authority level.
Requirements:
- Preferred one year exchange experience with six months special services account experience.
- Must be computer literate.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary Estimate:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
