**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive business growth
- Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze customer behavior and preferences, informing marketing strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and insights peers to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Track and measure campaign performance using A/B testing and analytics tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer lifecycle marketing and CRM
**Requirements**
1+ year of experience as a CRM specialist executing end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Strong database management skills
- Proficiency in analysis tools and omnichannel platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English language skills
- Data-driven, analytical mindset, creativity, teamwork, attention to detail, and time management
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience using Braze or similar marketing automation platforms
