We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Kensium Solutions. This role will play an integral part in our fast-paced environment, where innovation and growth are encouraged.

The ideal candidate will be a self-aware, self-starting individual who takes responsibility for their role. They should be passionate about their work, striving for continuous improvement, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. As a key member of our support team, this person will contribute to the development of our global ecommerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Triage support requests using relevant tools such as Jira and JSD
Configure Kensium products according to product owners' directions
Owning support requests until closure, ensuring clients receive regular status updates
Delivering exceptional client service through responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions
Validating client requests and identifying request severity
Properly documenting support ticket categorizations, descriptions, steps to reproduce, root cause, and resolution
Conducting system maintenance tasks for managed services clients and preparing analysis reports regularly
Reviewing and understanding client contracts related to signed SLAs to respond to and work on support requests
Evaluating the impact of requests on clients and prioritizing importance
Maintaining good relations with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
2-4 years of experience as a CSR in a voice or non-voice process, preferably from an ecommerce or ERP background
Zeal to learn and acquire skills

Key Skills:

Hands-on experience with ticket management tools
Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English language proficiency
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to think like a customer and prioritize needs
Interpersonal and organizational skills
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office software

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
