Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Materials Analyst to join our team in Monterrey.

In this role, you will be responsible for working on Point of Sales campaigns from the United States with Planning & Deployment (P&D), helping with the creation and deployment of materials to execute programs efficiently and accurately. You will also act as a primary contact for cross-functional teams, driving adherence to RMP project timelines and managing marketing materials item status and inventory.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within and across multiple projects. They will also establish and maintain strong internal/external partnerships and promote strong teamwork.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up new material items, monitoring inbound and outbound of materials
  • Identifying opportunities to better support Field Trade Marketing with materials deployed to the field
  • Collaborating and interacting with internal and external stakeholders to support projects
About the Role

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, supply chain, or operations in a fast-paced, consumer goods industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Prior project management experience adhering to strict timelines is preferred
  • A strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivation and a natural ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders at various levels within an organization
