Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute transformation initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that enhance customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve key objectives and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve roadblocks and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to track and measure initiative success.
  • Lead the development of reporting, communications, and other materials to support transformation efforts.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in operations improvement, business process improvement, change management, data analysis, management consulting, private equity, corporate strategy, and/or business operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex business issues.
  • Urgency, positivity, growth mindset, and collaborative teammate.
  • English fluency.
