About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in the APAC region. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise customers, driving customer loyalty and growth, and ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding and Success: Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes, ensuring a seamless transition and successful adoption.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers from various industries, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Engagement Planning: Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams to develop and deliver engagement plans that meet customer objectives and drive business growth.
  • Customer Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of customers in the APAC region, identifying growth opportunities and renewal risks, and working with Sales to develop strategies to address these challenges.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a customer advocate internally, influencing Canonical products, roadmaps, and processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support and Campaigns: Provide reactive support to customers through ticket requests and create targeted campaigns to engage multiple customers through digital touchpoints and activities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT, with a strong relation to cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies, Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, and IoT.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation skills, ability to guide conversations about complex software, experience building and improving internal processes, and knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, with additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian being a plus.
