- Consumption and Delivery Execution: Connect identified opportunities, questions, and/or issues from customer organizations and work with internal teams to address.
- Technical Skilling: Leverage intermediate technical expertise to act as a technology advisor and visionary, and identify cross-cloud technology, solutions, and services to help address specific customer scenarios.
As a strategic partner to our customers, you will be responsible for driving solution and operational health for challenging and/or complex customer accounts, and accelerating production-level consumption through delivery orchestration. You will also be accountable for the delivery of support for resolution of critical escalated issues and share updates to the customer and manage their expectations.
