Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Westin Guadalajara. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping carts with supplies and amenities
  • Enter guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all areas are clean and tidy
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
