The Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking an exceptional sales professional to join their AMER team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our AMER business by positioning and selling our Signature Success Plan to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversions.
  2. Develop strong relationships with internal partners to review territories and identify strategies and opportunities to attach Signature Success plans.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert for Success Cloud products and evangelize Signature Success internally and externally.
  4. Collaborate effectively with various departments, including License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery to address and resolve customer or sales issues.
Requirements:
  1. 5-7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Services (consulting sales, technical sales or support sales) required.
  2. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  3. Candidate should have CRM or Marketing automation application experience: Salesforce or ExactTarget product experience is a plus.
  4. Demonstrated track record of self-starting, risk-taking, and ability to influence without authority.
  5. Excellent relationship-building skills with a proven track record to grow and nurture relationships.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Outstanding presentation skills are required including the ability to adapt style based on the audience and present complex ideas.

This is a highly competitive role that requires dedication and expertise. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a range of benefits.
