**Job Overview:**

**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in San Luis Potosi. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding allocated sales targets by growing existing business and developing new business opportunities for Rockwell Automation's products and services. You will establish and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, including users, OEMs, and integrators, while engaging with distributors to ensure effective resource utilization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective account plans and ecosystem maps for assigned accounts.
  • Lead and coordinate the efforts of Rockwell Automation resources and distributors to provide solutions, products, and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to increase market penetration, ensure sales coverage, and provide order fulfillment.
  • Build effective business relationships with accounts through understanding their organization, developing senior management relationships, identifying key decision-makers, and understanding their business strategy and directions.
  • Coordinate account plans and target setting for assigned accounts.
  • Share information about new potential accounts with sales management for further analysis.
  • Ability to set and achieve challenging targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell at senior management and executive levels, focusing on business outcomes and articulating the tangible economic value of information software solutions and services.

**Requirements:**

  • Location: San Luis Potosi
  • Bachelor's degree in Control & Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales for Control & Automation, IOT/IIOT, Annual Recurring Revenue, Software, or Subscription model type of experience, including collaboration with customer success function
  • English Advanced (verbal and written)
  • Preferred qualifications: experience in a technical/sales job focus on Auto & Tire, work location San Luis Potosi city
