The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the traditional sales channel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategizing and Executing Sales Plans: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed objectives, with a keen focus on customer needs and market trends.
  • Leading Sales Teams: Lead and empower a team of sales representatives to excel in both account acquisition (hunting) and retention (farming).
  • Leveraging Sales Technologies: Utilize sales technologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations and customer follow-up.
  • Collaborating with Other Departments: Work together with other departments to support marketing and operational strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • B2B Account Management and Development: Maintain and expand the traditional channel client portfolio, ensuring long-lasting and productive relationships.
  • Sales Strategies: Design and execute sales plans to meet objectives, adapting to market trends and client needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the sales team, promoting their development and maximizing their performance through adequate training and resources.
  • Use of Sales Technologies: Implement tools such as CRM and call platforms to optimize operations and client follow-up.
  • Performance Analysis: Assess the effectiveness of sales strategies through data and metrics analysis, adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work together with other departments to support marketing and operational strategies, maintaining effective communication within and outside the team.
  • Sales Objectives: Ensure the achievement of the channel's sales goals, contributing to the company's sustainable growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Advanced Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is crucial.
  • CRM and Telemarketing Platform Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience in setting up CRM and telemarketing platforms from scratch, showcasing technical and strategic acumen in enhancing sales efficiency and customer engagement.
