Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team at Page Resourcing. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bilingual customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency (C1 and above)
- Full availability to work varied shifts, including weekends
- 18 years or older
- Ability to work on-site
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous call center and/or debt collection experience (desired)
Preferred Qualifications
- MS Office and database software skills (MS Teams, Excel, and Word)
- Empathy and willingness to help
- Speaking and listening skills
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
What Makes a Successful Agent?
- Highly conversational/fluid English language skills (B2 and above)
- Elevated customer service level
- Confident and brave personality to approach and work with disagreeable debtors
- Avoidance of call avoidance at all costs
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $11, $15,000.00 per month
- Full-time position
