Job Description

The Operations Support Team Lead is an entry-level management position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team by providing coaching and mentoring to ensure effective team performance.
  • Perform business analysis and documentation of the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices (client communication letters, notices, and confirms) to drive business decisions.
  • Provide regular status updates for all project participants and create presentations for steering committee updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Work with various Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on all regulatory business requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Serve as primary liaison between the key business stakeholder and technology to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Recommend business priorities by advising stakeholders on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines to drive business growth.
  • Create and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos, User Acceptance Test scripts, and business scenarios to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Create, manage, and maintain a project plan and act as the project manager for all follow-ups across various departments to ensure project success.
  • Work on multiple projects in parallel, focusing on continued delivery of regulatory client deliverables such as legal statements/performance reporting/advices/letters/notices for the America's region to meet business needs.
  • Fulfill the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience, which will be measured by specific metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred (combination of education/experience) to demonstrate expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to ensure effective communication and documentation.
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
  • Proven organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive business decisions.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication.

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience to demonstrate academic achievement.
