Product Led Account Executive

MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Led Account Executive to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the complete sales process in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & developers
- Become a product expert and understand all components of MongoDB
- Manage your time efficiently
- Work with self-service MongoDB accounts to grow consumption of MongoDB Atlas
- Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of field experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Skilled in building business champions
- Must live in territory (Mexico City)
- Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
- Familiarity with databases, develops and open source technology a plus
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese as this role will cover the LatAm territory
