As a Product Led Sales Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales process and driving revenue growth in your assigned region. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with a sales strategy and a go-getter attitude.

About the Role

This is an entry-level role that requires a strong desire to be successful and a willingness to learn and grow with our company. You will have access to a lucrative market and the opportunity to learn from some of the most successful sales leaders in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & developers
  • Become a product expert and understand all components of MongoDB
  • Manage your time efficiently
  • Work with self-service MongoDB accounts to grow consumption of MongoDB Atlas
  • Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of field experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Must live in the assigned territory
  • Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
  • Familiarity with databases, develops and open source technology a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese as this role will cover the LatAm territory
