Job Overview


We are seeking a seasoned Zendesk Enterprise Services Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring their optimal use of Zendesk products and services.



About the Role

  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on location)
  • Location: Remote with occasional travel to Zendesk offices
  • Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring ongoing value and minimizing churn
  • Developing and implementing customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Maintaining product expertise across the Zendesk product line
  • Providing proactive assistance to clients, including guidance and education
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish world-class customer service policies and processes
  • Responding to high-profile customer escalations and resolving issues efficiently
  • Estimating effort for customer requests and ensuring deadlines are met


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of professional consulting or customer success experience
  • Excellent understanding of support processes and infrastructure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
  • Fluency in German at an advanced level
  • Empathy and ability to understand customer needs
  • Passion for technology and demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Strong project management and relationship management skills
