Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Zendesk Enterprise Services Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring their optimal use of Zendesk products and services.
About the Role
- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on location)
- Location: Remote with occasional travel to Zendesk offices
- Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

- Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring ongoing value and minimizing churn
- Developing and implementing customized solutions to meet client needs
- Maintaining product expertise across the Zendesk product line
- Providing proactive assistance to clients, including guidance and education
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish world-class customer service policies and processes
- Responding to high-profile customer escalations and resolving issues efficiently
- Estimating effort for customer requests and ensuring deadlines are met

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 5+ years of professional consulting or customer success experience
- Excellent understanding of support processes and infrastructure
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
- Fluency in German at an advanced level
- Empathy and ability to understand customer needs
- Passion for technology and demonstrated technical aptitude
- Strong project management and relationship management skills
