Job Summary
As a seasoned Major Incident Manager at Thomson Reuters, you will play a critical role in ensuring the swift and effective resolution of major incidents. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to mitigate the impact of these incidents and restore business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize downtime and data loss
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and employees
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing major incidents and restoring business continuity
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
