Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate incident response efforts across multiple teams to ensure timely resolution of critical issues
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss incident response strategies and progress
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in infrastructure technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in a financial services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English required
