**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, providing them with our services, and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients
  • Identify client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
  • Enter and track leads in our CRM software
  • Follow up with leads to close sales and provide excellent customer service
  • Input accurate notes and updates in the CRM software
  • Communicate with clients through our chat system

**Requirements**

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Adaptability and strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous call center and sales experience is preferred

**Technical Requirements**

  • Computer with recent technology (Intel i5 Processor or similar, 8 GB RAM, webcam, microphone/headset, and good internet speed)
