Customer Success Specialist for Spanish Market

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate for the Spanish Market to join our team at Factorial. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is fluent in Spanish and English.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and creating strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat, and controlling and following up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Additionally, they will provide information about products/services/policies, document interactions, and demonstrate full ownership of each activity they develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and create strong relationships with existing customers
- Problem-solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat
- Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client
- Provide information about products/services/policies
- Document interactions
Requirements:
- Proficient level of Spanish and English expert speaker
- You demonstrate full ownership of each activity you develop
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas
- Excellence in communicating and problem-solving
- Previous experience dealing with customers is a plus
