Upsperity, a leading global recruiting agency, seeks a highly skilled Corporate Support Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth and success.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, be highly versatile, and have a proven track record in lead generation, CRM management, email marketing, graphic design, SEO, and client relations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads to drive revenue growth.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information to inform strategic decisions.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize strategies to improve engagement.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing content for marketing materials, social media, and presentations that reflect our brand's identity.
  • SEO: Implement SEO strategies to enhance our online presence, improve search engine rankings, and increase website traffic.
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven experience in assisting business owners, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Well-versed in email marketing tools such as Instantly and Apollo, with expertise in crafting engaging campaigns.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a high level of fluency in business-level English.
  • Experience working with USA companies and clients, with a strong understanding of their market and preferences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and tools, with a focus on driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a self-motivated approach to achieving goals and objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks. This is initially a contract role with the potential for permanent placement, offering flexibility and opportunities for growth and development.
