About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Strategist to join our team at Red Bull. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet and exceed our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales strategies to increase market share and ensure compliance with growth targets
  • Analyze performance indicators, including sales volume, market share, and price relativity, using control tools such as Top AS, Scantrack, PSA, and Dashboard
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with national chains, following national trading guides and implementing execution levers versus investments
  • Manage budget and negotiate contracts through monitoring of performance KPIs and implementation levers
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and propose action plans to improve the scenario
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing
  • At least 3 years of proven experience working directly in sales of the key account/convenience channel in consumer goods industry
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, including presentation and training ability
  • Advanced Excel skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
