Look no further Arrow Electronics, Inc. is currently hiring a Marketing Project Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tlaquepaque, Mexico.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our marketing strategy team, overseeing all aspects of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. As a Marketing Project Specialist, you will be responsible for providing complete ownership of your assigned marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external business partners to drive each campaign activity from approval of plan to deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex marketing campaigns, including coordination, organization, and leadership.
  • Provide project leadership and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels for brand and supplier marketers.
  • Responsible for all financial aspects of your campaigns, including invoicing customers and managing payments through Oracle Procurement Cloud.
  • Assist brand and supplier marketers during the campaign planning and brief development process.
  • Work with external marketing agencies to coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables.
  • Drive each campaign activity from approval of plan to deploy and then monitor and report to ensure objectives and campaign strategies are being met.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear and comprehensive marketing requests for our internal execution team.
  • Act as an internal mediator and advisor that simplifies and communicates technical concepts to influence stakeholders to consider an alternative approach when needed.
  • Oversees quality control of all projects through editing, proofing, and review processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing effectiveness team for timely creation of effectiveness reports and dashboards.
  • Create campaign estimates and schedules to assist brand or supplier strategists.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years of experience managing complex marketing campaigns.
  • Project management experience, with a focus on process-oriented and organized approaches.
  • Full proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience using Adobe Workfront and marketing agency experience are highly valued.
