Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, including brokers, agents, and sponsors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive value proposition to customers
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing remediation actions as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the insurance sector
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leaders
- Medium to advanced spreadsheets use, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Effective analytical and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- People management experience is a plus, but not required
