About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Relationship Manager to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for leading the payroll incidence consolidation services portfolio for our different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the payroll incidence consolidation services portfolio for our different regions, representing one of the six regions in the sector.
- Manage the payroll inputs processing center for each region, ensuring all payroll inputs are correctly and on time processed.
- Validate and process payroll transactions, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Face business stakeholders to understand payroll needs and requirements, providing support for queries, requests, and payroll periods.
- Oversee the transition process of our payroll services from the US to Mexico, ensuring a smooth implementation of the transition methodology.
- Ensure payroll operations are running smoothly within our Management Business System (MBS), while implementing a functional operating model.
Your Impact
- Ensure service delivery KPIs are accurate for each region.
- Provide consistent and high-level customer service, ensuring operational excellence and transactions.
- Plan and oversee the workload of the Sales Payroll regional structure and portfolio.
- Coach and provide day-to-day oversight to the Payroll Regional Team.
- Manage and transact against payroll requests submitted through location-specific payroll SPA boxes.
- Upload, organize, and ensure supporting documentation and payroll reports/approvals are available on TEAMS channels, adhering to control requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes.
- Previous experience supervising large teams, with task completion and workload distribution.
- Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused, adaptable, with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Able to lead functional agendas within a matrix environment.
- Ability to shift and adapt to changes, maintaining communication during the process.
