**About the Role:**
We're seeking an experienced Business Line Manager Pts to drive the growth and profitability of our PTS business. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing strategies to maximize our consolidated profitability and growth, meeting established goals while maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring Atlas Copco's position in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Manage and develop the business of selling services and parts in the territory, ensuring effective and efficient functioning in your work team.
- Discounts and Promotions: Keep track of discounts and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and customers to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment and Generation and portable energy equipment.
- Finance and Sales: Knowledge in finance and advanced technical sales.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in the technical area, providing service and support to equipment, and 1 year as Service Sales Manager (desirable).

- Candidate Profile: Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with customers.
