Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for our Endoscopy products in the North West Region of Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute action plans for each customer to ensure adoption of assigned therapies in the determined territory.
- Coordinate with the back-office team to resolve customer requests and negotiate and process customer orders to achieve quota.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate logistics, including shipments and movement tracking of investigational products according to regulatory and company guidelines.
- Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Field Clinical Specialist, Therapy Developer, Medical Devices, or Pharma.
