This role is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies and value offers to drive business growth and customer engagement across all major business units in SME - Commercial, Credit, and Liabilities Products.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and defend a view to the key commercial behaviors to drive a clear and concrete campaigns strategy.
- SME Market Development: Drive the quantitative sizings for all potential SME strategies and tactics, including new offers/channels, new delivery mechanisms, etc.
- End-to-End Execution: Define roadmap across markets knowledge, data, products benefits, and value offer. Planning, developing, and strategy campaign execution. Processes and controls management for those activities that are related to development of the strategy.
- Job Responsibilities: Analyze the main indicators for the marketing of products and campaigns strategies with SME customers; Help to prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
- Client Value Propositions: Participate in the development of client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, and channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner of Citi clients based on the analysis of commercial data.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Create and implement profitable go-to-market strategies, lead the conceptualization and implementation of key growth initiatives, and maintain current market information regarding vertical sectors and general industry competitors.
- Campaign Execution: Create and ensure the successful execution of a go-to-market plan that encompasses products, brands, acquisitions, customers, and retention, and improves performance, brand preference, and customer engagement.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High-level knowledge of related industry standards and practices
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 63
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
