About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at Eaton's ES AMER ESS division. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with expertise in payroll and benefits administration.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Payroll Administration: Implement and administer policies and procedures consistent with Corporate and Plant guidelines to ensure accurate and timely payment of payroll, including benefits, taxes, and inspections.
  • Benefits Training: Provide training to new employees on benefits policies and procedures.
  • Accountability: Ensure accurate and timely payment of hourly and salary personnel payroll.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports (HR Metrics) to track key performance indicators.
  • Communication: Prepare and send information to the finance department, including policies, check supports, and request cards and grocery vouchers calculations.
  • Partnership: Participate in salary surveys and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fair compensation practices.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree in administration, business, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience in payroll software and knowledge of local labor laws (LFT).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
