We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Seedtag, a leading Contextual Advertising Platform. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic growth of our Human Resources function, particularly in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Business Leaders based out of North America, providing guidance and support on employee-related matters.
  • Oversee various aspects of employee management, including working time, absenteeism, holidays, contracts, and events.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage and supervise personnel administration, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Interact with employees to resolve HR-related incidents and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate personnel files and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to HR functions, providing regular reports and insights to HR leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • C1 level in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of previous HR experience, ideally with experience working in the US market.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the countries of the Americas.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and remote environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and work autonomously.
