Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Lead to join our team at Blue Yonder, a leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and solution support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of our Blue Yonder WMS product
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement knowledge base articles and other documentation to enhance customer support
  • Participate in training and mentoring programs to improve the technical skills of the support team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role or similar customer-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS product and Azure technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
