Technical Support Lead for Blue Yonder Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Lead to join our team at Blue Yonder, a leading provider of cloud-based supply chain management solutions. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and solution support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of our Blue Yonder WMS product
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement knowledge base articles and other documentation to enhance customer support
- Participate in training and mentoring programs to improve the technical skills of the support team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role or similar customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS product and Azure technologies
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
